A music industry and talent management executive with over 25 years experience in business and legal affairs, Roger served as an executive at Warner Music overseeing global recorded music operations before building the biggest independent label in the US which he later sold to Warner Music. Roger is bringing his extensive music experience to bear across Preface’s music initiatives, while working across the company on a variety of enterprise and collaborative projects. He is also the manager of multi-Grammy nominated recording artist, actress and activist Camila Cabello.
